It is important that any situation of redundancy or downsizing is handled correctly as its impact is not only felt by those employees directly affected, but by the majority of staff in the Company, at NMS Solutions we realise this and as have designed an EndtoEnd Redundancy programme that softens the blow of redundancy for the individual as well as creating an environment whereby the client is still seen as a caring employer.
The programme has successfully assisted many Companies such as Fujitsu Consulting UK, providing support and guidance to cushion the redundancy blow, but also to fully integrate those affected back into the workplace by putting our experienced team of head-hunters at the individuals disposal.
Delegates are assigned a mentor who will work with them until a new position is found after an initial seminar lead by one of our Principal consultants.
