Most clients retain us to work on recruitment campaigns for them. In this instance NMS Solutions become the sole agents on the assignment and fully manage the entire recruitment process, from capturing the business requirements to placement of the desired staff, on the client's behalf.
The initial upfront payment (usually one third of the total amount) is fully refundable if we are unsuccessful with the campaign. The payment merely binds commitment between the client and NMS Solutions, who will launch a full search and selection campaign by creating a team of consultants and resourcers, solely, dedicated to fulfilling that particular need.
