In a restricted field the candidates you wish to reach may not consider themselves available. It is our role to seek out these candidates and introduce them to the opportunity you offer. In order to do this it is vital that we obtain a clear grasp of the position requirements. The aim is to establish the search and selection criteria and produce an accurate and comprehensive job specification. It is also our opportunity to gain a better understanding of your organisation, its culture, aims and objectives.

These meetings also assist our clients by refining and crystallising their thoughts. Once briefed, we prepare a Candidate Information Sheet for discussion, amendment and approval with the client and this forms the basis of our search. Together with your consultant, our team of researchers formulates a search strategy. The market sector is analysed and a comprehensive target list is drawn up, covering all sources, to identify individuals who meet the specifications. Having established a mutual line of interest, we invite the candidate for interview. Our Consultants are constantly appraising potential candidates and are therefore well placed to provide clients with an objective and balanced view of the candidate.

Potential candidates are individually screened and interviewed. A short list of appropriate candidates is presented to our client for interview for each position. Any specific information that is of use for particular hiring needs can be highlighted before these interviews and incorporated into the report, allowing greater information for hirers at shortlist stage. Our client receives a comprehensive report on each short listed candidate. We will, if the client wishes, assist in structuring the offer and negotiate with the candidate on the remuneration and benefits package. We will remain close to both the candidate and our client to ensure that the critical stage of offer and acceptance proceeds smoothly.
